We seek to define the design determinants by inhabiting and experiencing the end-user's needs and requirements. Designers from our studio dig deep through research and by physical experience to understand and formulate the design program. Out of this exhaustive process, we collect useful data and mine it for nuggets of insight and points of inspiration. Our design never happens in vacuum and stays rooted in context. The client is an active participant in the process and the design in essence is co-created.

By talking to typical patrons that frequent hospitality destinations in Bangalore, we gained the insight that it was not one monolithic demographic that we were addressing, but different groups with distinct needs. We worked with the client in articulating our response to this, resulting in a successful outcome with 'Crossover'.
